Seekers
- Young Men Deacons Quorum
- Young Women Builders of Faith
“Can I take care of myself and contribute to my group?”
Youth move through the stages with their quorum or class. Each stage has its own theme, its own workbook and its own Compass Challenge Coin.

Learning foundational skills, building a testimony, gaining confidence and forming habits of responsibility.

Steward's Record, Gold Edition
Am I prepared to stand on my own and help others do the same?
Complete all seven pillars and earn the Gold Compass Challenge Coin, inscribed “Prepare.”
Seven pillars, seven awards per stage. Finish all seven and you earn the stage's Compass Challenge Coin.
Young men earn a metal achievement bar for each pillar they complete. The bars fit into the workbook, so the record and the reward stay together.
Young women earn a colored jewel for each pillar they complete. Each jewel matches its pillar's color and sets into the workbook.
Earned after all seven Seeker bars or jewels.
Earned after all seven Pathfinder bars or jewels.
Earned after all seven Steward bars or jewels.
Every workbook has a display pocket for the coin earned in that stage.
Each workbook looks and feels like a rugged field journal, made to go in a pack and come home dirty.
By 18, a youth who finishes the program has three of them: a record of seven years of campouts, service, goals and testimony, mostly in their own handwriting.
Youth, parents and leaders sign in to the ZLAP app to see progress and record what has been finished.
